When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information (like preparing the perfect soil for Adenophora) and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring your order details are correct before submission, just as you would carefully select plants for your garden’s conditions.

2.3 Legal Compliance

You agree to use our website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly regarding the import of botanical materials to your region.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Plant Descriptions

We describe our Aconitum, Achillea, and all botanical varieties with horticultural accuracy. However, like plants responding to seasonal changes, appearance may vary slightly from images.

3.2 Availability

Some specimens in our Alstroemeria collection and other varieties may have limited availability. We reserve the right to adjust our offerings as seasons change.

3.3 Care Requirements

By purchasing live plants, you acknowledge the need to provide appropriate care, as outlined in our accompanying guides.

4. Ordering & Payment

We handle each order with the care we give to transplanting delicate Adenophora:

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer two careful delivery options:

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions due to phytosanitary regulations.

5.3 Delivery Issues

If your botanical package doesn’t arrive like a thriving Amsonia should, please contact us within 14 days of expected delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Live Plant Policy

To protect our collections and comply with regulations, live plants (including Aconitum, Achillea, and Alstroemeria varieties) cannot be returned.

6.2 Non-Plant Returns

Other items may be returned within 15 days if:

• In original, unused condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt, returning to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, from Alchemilla descriptions to cultivation guides, is our protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce any materials without our written permission.

8. Liability Limitations

While we nurture our Agastache and all plants with utmost care, we cannot guarantee their performance in your specific environment.
