Like a mini-me version of Aruncus dioicus, ‘Kneiffii’ has similar feather-like sprays of cream flowers that gently arch over mounds of fern-like foliage.  

Its scale is ideal for the front of a border, or along the edge of a stream, where it will add delicate texture and lightness.  Flowering in summer, it is quite happy in sun or part shade, but moisture retentive soils are required for this plant to succeed.  Once the clumps have become quite large they can be lifted and split in spring.
